All artwork(s) created by me are copyright protected from the date of creation to the owner (myself), Susan McKivergan. This includes all artwork found at any of my online galleries or websites www.thedigitalmuse.net, www.cosmosue.net, and www.cosmosue.deviantart.com, and any photography, 3D artwork, or jewelry posted under the name cosmosue and/or Susan McKivergan or any online galleries or sites I may post my work at. The images and artworks found on these sites which were created by me (just the images in my DA Gallery, not DA itself) whether or not they bare my copyright symbol and my name ARE PROTECTED and may NOT be used for anything other than personal use such as a personal desktop wallpaper not intended for distribution.

My images may NOT be used for icons, tags, signatures, mobile wallpapers, etc. whether you intend to make money or not, they still CANNOT be used, however, you can obtain a license from http://artisticmindsinc.com/SMP.html by purchasing the “packs” of my images/tubes that are available for non-commercial purposes ONLY!!!  If you currently have permission to use my images for tubes/tags you must STILL purchase the packages/license if you wish to continue to use them. This is the only way I can make my work available and still keep it protected. Please be sure to read the Terms of Use before using the packages/tubes/images!

For commissions: I reserve the right to use any pieces created by me on this site for display purposes only, or for publicity purposes for this site only. If you would NOT like your commissioned piece to be used on this site or for publicity please contact me.  Also in some cases I will request to be able to sell prints (to fans in my print shop), and we can try to work out an agreement.

Do NOT under any circumstances redistribute my artworks in ANY collection, download, sale or non sale, tube collections, etc.

There will be NO TUBING OR BRUSHES made out of my artworks, and there will no longer be any permissions granted. Please visit http://artisticmindsinc.com/SMP.html to purchase my works in tube or image “packages” that you can use for non commercial purposes only.

Failure to meet the above requirements will result in a cease and desist letter to remove my images from your site/sites/email groups etc. Failure to respond to this letter will result in a phone call and email to your host to have your images removed from your site. Hosting companies take copyright violations very seriously, as do I.

Please note – You MAY display my images on your blogs/sites ONLY with full credits given to me and a link back to my site or gallery.
